1. I've already done photoshop a few times and nothing new really came up. I thought it was pretty fun, especially when I colored his eyes, I guarantee you he isn't stoned!
2. On a scale of 1-10, I this picture was about a 4. I thought this practice was pretty easy except for the part of having to color the outlines and trying not to mess up.
3. I didn't watch the videos because I already knew how to do all of this and you explained it all during class.

1. The image that is my favorite would have to be the Hat photo, or the top right corner photo. This is my favorite because the whites are so bright and it really just stands out.

2. I cropped that photo so that it would show the pond in the background. I think it really shows off the hats but the background is still a great piece to the photo.

3. I love most of my photos, I really like how most of them came out. I wish i could have done them in color, especially the flower photo. But my crops came out really good.

The message I was trying to display in this photo is how the dog, Champ, is looking off out of the crop deeply as if he's thinking about something. What I believe I captured is the deep thought which was probably "I'm pretty hungry, you should feed me."
The message I was trying to display in this photo is The happiness oh my friend Gabes face. I also tried to capture the Denver night line in the background. I believe that along with capturing the background and the happiness from his face, I captured the essence of "I like long walks on the beach and helping others."
The message I was trying to display in this photo is how the dog is looking down on everything. I feel like animals always have to look up at us but in this photo, the role is reversed, and we are looking up at the dog, Ginger.

My flood story isn’t as much about me as it is about the families affected by this 500-year flood. I live right near Trail Ridge Middle School, which means that there really isn’t any water near us. Our house had no flood damage that we know of as of right now.  Though there is an open space behind my house, that came about 5 feet from entering our backyard. Over the weekend, I tried to get to Lifebridge Christian Church. Lifebridge was the home of many displaced Lyons homeowners, and Lifebridge is also my home church. You could sign up to help prepare meals, sort out supplies, and many more jobs! I signed up to offer my services every day but I was only called once or twice. I helped the first day sorting out supplies and then next time I was called, I helped out in the kitchen doing various tasks. I also helped one of my family friends clean out her basement and that was tragic to see. I am really proud to see how many donations were given to not only Lifebridge but to Red Cross and any of the other place accepting donations. Lifebridge had TOO MANY DONATIONS AFTER 6 HOURS! They had to send out a message asking us to STOP DONATION BECAUSE THERE WAS NO MORE ROOM! I find that really amazing. I am very thankful that the flood and all the water that was poured down did not affect my house. I also am very saddened to see all of my neighbors that were affected in some way and it’s also extremely devastating to see what the water did to the community but I know we will rebuild and be stronger than ever! Because Colorado never gives up and always comes back stronger than ever.

After editing.

1. The message I was trying to convey was how much this dog is enjoying the pool and the happiness on his face. I wanted to make this picture aesthetic and also show the emotion felt from the dog, which would be happiness.

2. Everything just came together in this picture. The only thing I wish i could have done is make the water feel like its moving but I couldn't figure that out.

3.I am very happy with my editing. The way the picture just pops out at you and the emotion you can feel through this picture is great.

This photo was edited on camara raw. The photo is of Skyline baseball C team watching one of our players batting.

1. Working with camera raw was pretty easy, the videos really helped me understand everything to do. Now just remembering it all would be nice!

2. I really like how my photo turned out, it looks so much better then the first.

3. My impression of camera raw would be that it's very easy to access, work with and share things.
